2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
• Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraud.

3. Courses and content

We may update course materials and schedules. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content for the published period.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds: Cohorts refundable up to 7 days before start. 1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.
• Taxes and fees may apply and are handled by payment providers.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or redistribute course materials without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer our services.
• Be respectful in cohorts and coaching sessions.

6. Disclaimers

We provide education and coaching, not legal, medical, or financial advice. Individual outcomes vary with practice and context.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialogue Room Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules.
